History:-

Serbian Spruce Needle Essential oil is a specialist oil with only a small endangered stock provenance so is not much used in modern life outside its natural and native area of growth, although the trees are considered ornamental and are planted in gardens as a specimen so the endangered category is only really relevant in its natural habitat. It has a shorter history than the Black or White Spruce of use in saunas, steam baths, and as an additive to baths and massage products in spas. A particular strength of this essential oil is it’s ability to target sore muscles and to re-energize or invigorate.
